Two more for luch, Steve

Alex and Lil will be thrilled to come and they will be brining us in their big car from our house at 11.30 for 12 noon.
We went to the Doctor's this morning and he will contact the podiatrist for Mum. After that we headed up th A361 towards Daventry and stopped for lunch at The Griffin in Chipping Warden, where we had a disappointing meal, having stopped there because it was pouring with rain. Not one but two jackets covered in shrimps, plus a salad, which I consumed but it was too much for Mum. The best thing was Banks's bitter.
We walked around Daventry, about the same size as Bicester, but with Mum's favourite Waitrose in place of Tesco's. We bought some breakfast cereals and got home at about 4.30, stopping to get some vanilla ice-cream at the co-op.
