Just sat down, when the phone rang. It was my Catenian friend Larry, who reminded me that I had agreed to accompany him to a Catenian dinner in Maidenhead. He said I'll pick you up at 5.50.
Good job I was at home!.
Went to St Joseph's Church Hall in Maidenhead (an hour's run) and joined 50 odd Catenians for their AGM and afterwards joined in with dinner. Got home after a few bevvies, at 11.50pm and was soon in bed. A delightful end to the day.
