I’m so sorry to hear about Cathy being ill, and shocked too as I’m sure you must all be. I have messaged Cathy and had contact with Julian and Steve. I will say to you what I have said to them – I’m not sure what I would be able to offer since I am so far away but if there is anything I can do for any of you I am more than willing...
