Is basicly no news, I feel fine no real sickness, rather sleepless night probably 2hours-ish but will catch up this afternoon after hot bath and lunch . The sun is shining all is as well as it could be. I hope you can put it out of your minds without having any nasty guilty feelings when it the thought comes. lots of love cathy xx
