So we split our tv viewing between Grand Prix and Wimbledon. Two fantastic results -Lewis Hamilton winning the GP in the rain and Madal & Federer playing tennis sometimes in the rain. Stayed up to watch the tennis re-run, to see who had won, crept into bed at 11pm, as Mum found she could not bend her knee without pain.
Mum woke up today to find that her knee wouldn't work. so I'll take her to the doc today. I expect she will be sent for an x-ray to see the 'why and wherefore'. I hope it is nothing serious as she has had such a bad press lately.
Thanks to Ibubrofen gel, I am keeping my shoulder pain to within reasonable dimensions, glad it does not keep me awake!,
But it stops me using my heavy 16lb hammer. Keep smiling. Luv from Mum and Dad

Car boot was a washout too.. so we were up and out at 7.00 am for nothing, so we stayed in to watch the shinanagans at Silverstone and SW19.
It's probably weather related arthritis, or gadding about up and down those steps. You both had a long day on your feet on Friday eh?
