Out in the Garden

We are just going out in the garden as we now have new neighbours and they are clearing the area behind our willow tree and, with our approval, they are erecting a new close boarded fence. As I said a couple of weeks ago, we have reduced the willow tree to a ten foot tree stump in the hope that with new shoots, we can re-shape the tree. There is no sign of any new growth yet, but I am hoping!! As they say in new yoik - spring is sprung, de gras is riz, I wonder where de boidies is. De boid is on de wing i hoid - but that's absoid - de wing is on de boid. Anon.
