It's a lot quicker this one Thomas, than the one I've been using which is for mac only. So go to
saywhat
and to use that choose a photo off your machine which might mean downloading the one you want first off flickr or off a cd. Make sure you know where your photos are. Have a fiddle with the text, save to desktop then upload the finished cartoon using the picture uploader on the blog edit page. Bosh!
