Big Rest

spent 2 nights in 'ospital 2 weeks ago after feeling odd at work and calling for an ambulance. Good news is, there is nothing wrong with me at all. Remember those fainting spells I have? well I had another but brought on by a muscle spasm, not an injury, thereby catching me unawares. So, the "low pain threshold" thing has now been diagnosed as Vasovagal Syncope. Apparently my reflex system's a bit duff and now Jen wants a discount. Good news is there's nothing to do and it won't get any better or worse - gave everyone in the office a shock though. Sort of performed centred stage in full view of everyone including the ambulance crew, you know folks, whites of the eyes and all that.

Had a really good rest in bed and watched a bit of golf.

Hope you're all well too and handling your fickle temperate climate with it the contempt it deserves.
