Hello Everyone!
Just thought I'd let you all know that the Oxford branch has had news that Mandy & John (Barbara's youngest sister) are expecting their first baby, due this December. After a well earned holiday in Napoli this week, they have had their first scan today so thought that its time the family knew. I have already been assigned knitting duty so I'll need some refresher lessons Grandma!

Shame about the England match Grandad but I'm reassured by my football crazy friends that we were just avoiding injury and overtiring ourselves ...urm yeah.. There is a sweepstake competition at work which I've entered so I'm hoping to pick a decent team out the hat. Either France, Portugal or maybe a dark horse team from Eastern European team. Anyone got any hot tips? The England flag has started appearing on car windows and bunting outside pubs and the BBC has started its advert campaign to get us all hooked. To be honest I'm more interested in local Oxford hero Henman this week. His performance at the French Open yesterday was described by the press as 'majestic'! come on Tim..
