Stuff ...

Evenin' all (just - heading for the late hours yet again)

Feel for you Ruth - sorry for the long hike-for-nothing, but glad for you regarding the audition. I'm sure the house will be super soon and will be worth all the grind you're both putting in at present. As Pete said, don't really know our summer plans but it certainly would be great if we could make our way up in your direction and lend some hands to the pump, so to speak.

Good to be back at the old typewriter again, if only for a couple of hours in the afternoons. Strange contract - as we see it I seem to be on a 31-day contract (until the end of term, as I'm only covering someone's sick leave really) with 31 days annual leave (I asked if I could take it all right away!) and a 31 day trial period. Ha ha! Amy is having fun spending her afternoons at the school Nursery class while I tap away in the office. Gets us out of each others' hair for a while. Otherwise, things going OK here, temperature rising and getting uncomfortable at nights, tourist numbers increasing - not looking forward to summer traffic jams! 'Spect you have the same problems Mum and Dad?

Really enjoy reading all your bloggings, sorry I've not been very forthcoming but it's not due to lack of interest. Love you all, lots, Jan
