nice to hear you Jen, and congrats on the driving test. hope we get a chance to properly meet in oct. my step sisters remember you very fondly from our wedding and often mention you and clare.
julian in the bath says to say he will be in wooton 10-11 june - we have a (pregnant) friend's wedding on the 11th, and i am doing fish pie for the girls on the 10th so sorry i won't see y'all. i think she is copying my hen night - fish pie and massage, facepacs, poetry and toenail painting!
house going well, julian a brill muscley plumber/electrician. architect and we are reducing the thing back to a pile of red stone which j stares at for long periods with teary eyes. i'm on cobweb/window frame painting (not reccomended on the day of a mistral as the entire insect world gets blown into the fresh paint), filling duty, mostly on wobbly ladders! looking forward to you all coming to help! it really is the most fantabulous spot, though and all our friends are in agreemant that we have a jewel in the making and a bargain.......
very busy though and we both have exhausted bods and paint and plaster covered rough hands. hopefully we will have a shower before we go to uk.
audition news pretty good, apparently i was auditioning for the principal cello position for the musiciens du louvre, but i didn't know, so when they said i hadn'd got the job but they were very touched by my playing and would love to have me play in the section i was very happy!
