Sorry Dad, I posted a 'comment' to your enquiry. If you check that you'll see the neighbouring house is up for €165000, which is closer to 120000 in pounds sterling. It's actually one of two that are up for the same price within a stone's throw of ours. We are thinking of moving in in two weeks after I have decided which internal walls to knock down! Then there is the tidying up, plastering and painting to be done. That is a project to commence this weekend. I think we'll have a team of willing helpers from church to help us paint either starting Sunday afternoon or the next weekend.
