Wake me early in the morning, Mother, for I'm to be Queen of the May. Happy May Day (not m'aidez!) Just got back from Church and have spent the last half hour reading all about mixing chaud/straw/ochre and also about life in Paris. Very interesting, but it is not getting the garden tidy for our forthcoming visit to Wales and Devon, so, What interesting blogs there are to read. I feel terribly plebian. Love to all and get out of that dressing gown!! Hugh
