At school we use OpenOffice on Linux, so I've been using it on the Mac to help with compatibility so I can easily write stuff at home and post it electronically to work. Only trouble is OO kept Darwin open in the background. Now though I have NeoOffice for OS X and it is working great. Free software that really works better than the stuff you purchase! If you are interested try , choose the 2.0 Beta version and then go for NeoOffice if you are on Mac.
As for airports, school uses a wireless link, a Wifi 802 but when I tried the USB transmitter nothing happened. What do you reckon Julian? The discs don't appear to be Mac compatible but if I keep trauling the net looking for software to get me connected, will I succeed? 54g or c54ri are the key numbers....
I signed up for Julian's daily postcards...what have you in store for Saturday, dera boy? Cervantes and Shakespeare born on the same day, don't forget. Ah! How could one forget? We are having Don Quixote celebrations tomorrow with Bethany attacking windmills in assembly. Break a leg, Beth. Photos may follow!
