We are selling up!

I did as you suggested Julian to see if we could let on a weekly basis during Cowes Week, but we are too far away. - People like to be IN Cowes in the centre of everything. That doesn't stop us from coming to see you and we can either house sit for you or come as before. After seeing Steve's terrace house we thought something like that would suit us on the mainland and this morning we had a local estate agent out to arrange to put this on the market. The final figure he came to was £295+++. He thought it would sell because of its position, accommodation etc. He said the house market had levelled out but he was hopeful - aren't we all. We could buy or let - especially with some funds behind us, but it would be nice to be near Southampton or Bournemouth Airports. More later Love from Mum nd Dad
