News from Number 32 is that we now have a home PC so we can check up on our favourite blogger whenever we wish from comfort of own lounge. So no more bothering Steve for a loan of his Mac. So does that mean less peeking at the blog when at work? No, Ive got a shortcut on my desktop (teehee).
Have just had a look at the new Star Wars trailer for Episode 3 which is out 19th May here (http://www.starwars.com). Film actually looks good, unlike the previous two cartoony offerings. Much darker, and the final descent for Anakin as he changes into Darth Vader. (For those who care/are bothered out there! Granted I may be talking to myself here!)
May be worth a look even if just to show off your Mac's capabilities as graphics/CGI look cool.
Rather worringly staying on a sci-fi bent, the long awaited return of the Daleks v 9th incarnation of the Doctor is this Saturday (http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho). Last week the Slitheen invaded London, smashed their UFO into Big Ben, took over the physical form of the PM's cabinet and tried to start WW3 with the UN. Clever story really as the writer used the Iraqi war WMD 45 minute warning as a reason for the UK govt (the aliens) to start a nuclear war with the UN. Earth was to blow itself up with nuclear weapons then the Slitheen planned to sell off what was left to other planets as radioactive fuel. Lucky for us The Doctor saved the day in under an hour-fantastic. Is there any room behind that sofa?
Erm I'm off de-geek now. love Gem PS Love todays 'Strawberries' Julian.
