€165 000 is the asking price. It's an English chap called Paul. His cell number is 0034 657 250 698 if you're still keen. I went round the ground floor today and it is good condition, has a similar layout to ours (but the conventional way up) and a pleasant view over the urbanisation in front and to the right and fairly uninterrupted view towards the Sierra Bernia to the left. I didn't go upstairs but I guess the views are even better from up there as the bedroom balcony is that much higher.
