pete and jan - just a date update, in that my dad and his wife will be here 9-11 august and we will be going to the var where he has a show and i have a concert. may not change anything for you but i won't be around much.also did you decide which opera plans? i can't remember where we got to.
shutters now a delicious bue that even his highness likes (i chose it, much to his dismay!) and the facade looks great. the inside is still a bit of a workshop for the aspiring electrician!
i'm off to paris at the weekend for another audition, it seems the great and good of the french baroque scene are clamouring for my talent. i'll believe it when i see the contracts.
