labradoodles

One of my old dad's sayings, when trying to describe an awkward person was to say "he acts like a cow with a fountain pen", perhaps a labradoodle is a dog with a bic pen at a dull meeting. I remember one of the girls in the Chinnor Operatic, Chairman Pam used to do the most intricate doodles on her sheet of minutes. Is it a doodle drawn in a labyrinth?
Another lovely day today, but cold - I burned some of the willow trimmings, but there are still a lot left for tomorrow. An hour of gymn tomorrow, walking, pedalling and doing the Ellen MacArthur winding thing with the windlass. Very tiring - I don't know how she does it, day after day for three months.
