We hope you enjoyed the short flight - reminds me of the time we flew from Orapa to Jo'burg - only took 50 minutes or so, in a small aircraft. Are you enjoying auld reekie (as the Eds call it). We had a very good friend Major Bill Haynes stationed in the Barracks who was in the Royal Educational Corps and was the Chief Man there for many years. His father-in-law was my Godfather Cyril Tutton G.C. His widow, Joan lives in Dunoon, I think. She is usually the first Christmas Card sender (Now that Dot is no longer with us) She must be in her late 80's now - if still alive. Keep working and enjoy Princes Street - supposedly the most beautiful street in Scotland.
