I'm here too,Dad!

Just at home doing Mum type things, it's been a busy week what with Halloween(it's always quite a big thing here as all the children are dressed up and are out around the village with their mums and you get told not to forget so an so as they will be expecting the children and not to forget the old people in the bungalows as they have bought sweet in),then a day in bed with another bout of illness, a chistening in the little Chapel on Saturday, and the village bonfire and fireworks last night the first time its been a dry night since we have been here!!!
What are you up to this week I thought I might come over and see you on my own and stay! I've been abit depressed about how far it is to you as I was hoping that the journey wouldn't be so long and that we would be able to pop over for a pub lunch with you quite regularly but it took me five and a quarter hours both ways the last week, or was it the week before, and I can't see how to make it quicker but perhaps I will be pleasantly surprised. Anyway I'll speak to you later as I have to go shopping now,we're out of milk butter and soap powder again!! Lots of love thinking of you all the time Cathy xxxxx
