Its Party Time

We are just getting over two parties in two days. The first was with the Sandown Operatics at the College Restaurant at the IOW College, where the food is cooked served and presented by catering students at the College, and a reet good do it were too. Lovely champers, lovely food, beautifully cooked and we were treated like the honoured guests we were. One of our members is the Senior Lecturer in Catering at the College and he made sure that we were well treated. The second party was last night at the Sandpiper Hotel and restaurant in Freshwater Bay with the IOW Catenians, All members in the vicinity of Ryde decided to hire a mini-bus amd we were collected from outside the house at 6.30 p.m. and collected from the hotel at 11.p.m. In between we had a lovely evening weth lots of booze, lots of fun and lovely food. We all sang Carols and Christmas songs in the bus coming home and it was lovely to be able to enjoy ones self without fear of police involvement. Christmas time has started. Have fun everybody.
