Thanks for the warning, Steve. We have had one or two but I hang up. If the phone rings and no number appears in the window, I don't answer. Our own chosen numbers have a specific ring which indicates that a family or close friend is on the other end, if not, I let them ring again or dial 1471. It is usually 'number withheld'.

Jan - Letters or parcels addressed to Pete are only addressed to the titular 'head' - You can open anything. Tell Pete not to get excited as we are cutting down this year - sorry. Postal charges restrict our gifts to diamonds and other 'lightweights' --

Jen-Hwei similar to Jan. Anything addressed to Nic from us can be opened but at this time of the year individual 'trash' presents may be unwrapped, so take care.
