My camera is back from the dead with a new €60 battery... ouch!! so will get some shots of the bathroom view up as soon as pos.

We cycled over to look at the outside of the house we are about to buy this afternoon, with an 11 euro lunch on the way in Bedoin. Took 10mins uphill to the house from the cafe - could be dangerous having a bar in walking/stumbling distance.

and finally on a personal note... Happy burfday mum, or have i got it wrong again? more false starts than Linford Christie (but a bigger pouch).

The poppy field I sent you a picture of last year is a sea of red which given it was poppy day on Saturday seems entirely appropriate. Will try and get anuver photo.
