I'm going back to Oxford tomorrow around lunch time and Dad and I would like the discussion to move on re October so a letter is being drafted and will be sent out.
Here is a copy of the menu or at least a typical example, from which we have to agree, for us all to have the same.
There is room for individual dietary requirements as you would expect and I am assured that children who eat nothing but sausage egg and chips with tomato sauce for instance will be catered for.

We have twenty seven adults so far with ten children who'd like to come which now needs to be confirmed to the Manoir in the form of a non refundable deposit of £30 per adult.

It's quite awkward answering questions about what it all will cost, further than saying the private suite is £350, Adult 3 courses from £62.50 children £19.50. All booze is extra. Menu to be agreed.

We're not including the children in the calculation for the suite.

A fund could be set up for a bar tab which we need to talk about.
