Thanks Nic for such a positive response and yes I agree you're in the right ball-park but unfortunately I don't feel we can set firm figure on drink. It's difficult to determine how much people will drink on the day. When we have deposits and firm numbers I will be getting back to the hotel to discuss wine prices etc. Have taken on-board comments on food but as previously mentioned, we will have to choose a set menu for everybody which Dad and I will be doing later. Don't feel that we can charge adults for an entertainer but if you want to organise one feel free to go ahead. Flowers and place settings are all included so we only need £30 a head deposit at the moment. Should be a good do. Steve
