Big Tree re-write was about seven chapters in when Amy got bored with typing and distributed the un-numbered pages around the living room! It will be ready within a couple of weeks I hope, then I'll re-post it.
Mum, we hope the trip to the 'ologist was uneventful and that you are doing well (and that it's made a difference). Dad, hope the antibios have done the trick. Don't go off swimming in the sea now, the two of you! (Looks like it's got to the time when the children start telling the parents what to do and what not to do!)
Got a girl in my class (who has trouble socialising with other children) to start playing my accordion as a kind of therapy for her. Today the Head asked if we would play a duet at prize-giving. Fortunately I only have one accordion and a mouth organ. "That'll do," she says. That'll do? I ask you! Actually the girl has offered to play piano while I play the accordion. Not a chance! This is strictly my Sherlock Holmes violin and not a sound for public consumption! However, I do play the mouth organ on the way to school sometimes......
