Meanwhile back at the ranch had to knock the kitchen fireplace out to run pipes to the new hot water heater, it all works out fine but it means making a mess now in exchange for a shower. Good news is the 'Societe des Eaux de Rhone Durance" have got the sewers put in just down the road so we will be on mains drainage in a couple of years; a good thing as our septic tank is on someone else's land. Hurray
